  • What is your turnaround time?
    We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because our items are custom to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at fiftytwoandco@gmail.com. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.
  • Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?
    We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof.
  • How can we reach you?

  • Are you able to create a custom item or design?
    Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. It's one of our favorite things to do! We love bringing YOUR ideas to life!
  • Are you able to engrave my logo?
    Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in vector ( .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) format.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
  • Do you offer local pick up?
    Yes, local pick up is available in Quincy, IL. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. We do also offer delivery arrangements between Quincy, IL and Fort Madison, IA!
  • Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?
    Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.
  • Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
    After engraving, our boards are washed and oiled with Food Grade Mineral Oil only.
  • Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?
    No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan.
  • How do I care for the hats and beanies with the leather patch?
    Please use a gentle detergent when washing using cold to warm water. Hand-wash (preferred) or wash on a delicate cycle. Do not put in the dryer, air dry only. All patches are adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial hat heat press.
  • Are the patches made of real leather?
    We offer two different types of leather! Genuine Leather: Redrock Waxy Pull-up leather sealed with leather finisher to protect the leather. Leatherette: A synthetic material that is designed to look and feel like leather.
