Shipping Policy
At Fifty Two & Co, we want to make sure you receive your leather patch hats in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments which usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Shipping costs for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged to international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love your Fifty Two & Co leather patch hat, but we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@fiftytwoandco.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
